Brief description of the Module
This module wants to guide you to practically define the different steps in assessing economic and human resources per each of the steps of the planning/creation/adaptation of a shared urban green
area.
In terms of planning and transformation, we need to identify per each transformation step the costs of management, human resources, and investments to be done. In this sense, we want to empower
educators to concretely assess the economic terms and how to plan efficiently the different aspects
of each choice.
In fact, one of the crucial points with respect to shared green areas management and inclusion regards fundraising, efficient human resource management and volunteers’ engagement to properly run all the activities.
Our look wants to be practical and transversal, and be applicable to the different aspects of a shared green areas such as:
To do so, we want to share transversal tips and tools that can support the work before us, keeping it practical.
Competence statement
It is important for the educators and green urban area groups to identify key points and actions regarding the actual resources, information, transactions, to be aware on how to source the space, and human resources according to the different steps of work within a green urban shared area.
What is more, it is fundamental to set up the correct legal forms to smoothly manage shared green areas functional to the scaling-up aspects of a shared green area.
